BUILT AROUND THE SUBCONTRACTOR’S WORK
From supplier cut sheets to questions for the GC, your team needs clear answers, complete packages, and a way to track what is still open. That is where MESSH focuses.
Review scope, responsibilities, and document changes with references you can check. When a bulletin lands, see the next action and its source so you can stop feeling buried in the same documents.
Build a branded RFI with supporting pages or a submittal with selected supplier PDFs. Send the GC one complete, branded PDF so the package is ready for review and your company’s work looks organized.
Organize each job’s contacts, documents, revisions, and responses in your company workspace—even when you work with different general contractors.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors each have their own scope, suppliers, and project requirements. We’ll work with you during onboarding to set up MESSH around your trade and workflow.
Built for MEP subcontractors managing their own project paperwork. If you need a GC-wide system for every trade, MESSH is not designed for that role.
LESS CHASING. MORE BUILDING.
Track opportunities before award, manage documents during the job, and compare project costs and hours against the estimate.
Bring in plans, specs, contracts, and proposals.
See scope, changes, and questions that need attention.
Build the RFI or complete submittal package.
Choose project contacts and send from your mailbox.
Keep responses, revisions, and follow-ups together.
Get a concise job overview and findings for the configured review scope: responsibilities, suggested submittals, and questions needing clarification. Open the cited document and page to check the basis.
Review new bulletins and revised documents against saved project findings. Previously reviewed files are reused, helping reduce repeat work while comparisons focus on the update.
Combine your company cover with selected supplier PDF pages. Organize product data and shop drawings by specification section, retain supported fillable fields, and track returned reviews by revision.
Combine an RFI and its supporting documents into one PDF. Use your company logo and document colors. Turn an answered RFI into a linked COR, then track pricing, approvals, and actual costs.
Email RFIs, submittals, CORs, and PRs through connected Outlook or Gmail. Choose To and CC from project contacts, record each send, and resend a copy when needed.
See outstanding work in the PM Action Center. Search compact document logs, update statuses, and keep revisions and returned reviews with the job. Field staff can add daily logs and site photos, and use approved submittals and answered, closed RFIs. The office follows the same project record.
BEFORE THE AWARD. THROUGH THE JOB.
Your estimating pipeline and project financials belong beside the work your team manages every day.
Track opportunities, bid amounts, estimators, deadlines, and follow-ups through won or lost. Switch between the stage board and searchable tracker.
Bring existing spreadsheet reports into a dashboard of estimated job cost, actual spending, labor hours, monthly trends, and open purchase orders. Keep recorded results separate from your forecast to finish.
All bids, companies, people, and financial figures in these examples and the demo are fictional. No customer financial data is shown.

WHY I BUILT MESSH
Founder & CEO
I’ve worked in the industry since 2013, from field installation and electrical work to crew leadership, estimating, and project management. My experience ranges from small jobs to large, complex projects. It includes work in both prime contractor and subcontractor roles.
My background covers scheduling, procurement, and cost control, along with scope review and risk management. It also includes electrical estimating software and coordination between field crews and project teams. Drawings, material orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders are all part of that work.
I founded MESSH Solutions to bring that practical experience into software for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors. My goal is to help subcontractors save time, reduce costs, and increase profits. Less time on paperwork means more time to focus on running their projects. MESSH keeps documents, questions, packages, and responses together across jobs and general contractors.
